Buenos días. My name is Salvador Posas, and I’m a graphic designer originally from Mexico City and currently based in Calgary, Canada.
Growing up, I always enjoyed art. My first foray into the art world was through drawing, though I was never an expert. Through my love of everything artistic, I became intrigued in the world of graphic design and communications. I enjoy organizing things, and that’s why I like to do layout.
To further my passion, I studied at the Universidad Auotonoma de Durango, and graduated with honours in a bachelor of graphic design degree. Afterward, I pursued my master’s degree in editorial design: print and digital media at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Madrid. After receiving my masters, I spent five years working in the industry as a graphic designer. I recently graduated from the Graphic Communications and Print Technologies program at SAIT in Calgary.
